Food Services Manager- Camp Balwin is looking for a full-time food services manager to lead the daily functions of preparing meals for camp guests. This role is responsible for leading Kitchen staff in food cooking and preparation, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, planning menus, and ordering food along with other tasks related to serving camp guests in the dining hall. Summer Staff Openings:
Summer Serve Crew-Camp Baldwin is presently looking for dedicated, service minded students (Age18-24; or 2027 HS grad) to join our 2027 Summer Serve Crew. The ultimate purpose of the Summer Serve Crew is to serve God as we serve the leaders, teachers, and counselors of our summer guest groups. Camp Baldwin provides all guest groups with lodging, meals, recreational venues and general support, which allows the leadership of each group to focus directly on personalized ministry programs for their campers. Summer Serve Crew is a live-on site position with most meals and housing provided.

Summer Local Crew-Camp Baldwin has the option for locals aged 15-24 to work hourly positions at Camp Baldwin serving throughout camp including the dining hall, recreation, housekeeping, and lifeguarding.
Summer Kitchen Staff (Full and Part Time Seasonal)- The summer kitchen staff serves in kitchen during busy summer months.

Volunteer Program: Junior Summer Serve Crew--Join us for our 4th year of Camp Baldwin' Junior Crew!
The Junior Serve Crew is a volunteer program for local 13-15 year olds! Junior Crew members serve in various areas of camp, engage in Bible studies, job, and leadership training and enjoy a summer of fellowship. For more information, including how to apply, click here:
